No problem!
We don’t blame you! There are a lot of things to take into consideration when choosing a new diet or health and fitness program and we want you to be as informed as possible when making your decision.
Lot’s of people have questions, so we decided to make a whole page to tell you just exactly what it’s all about!!!
The Plan is over 95 pages of what we eat, our recipes, how to tone up, and explanations of different foods you should avoid. It’s also a lifetime membership to new updates and recipes.
Q: What is this diet plan about? Does it come with a fitness program too?
A: The Diet Plan is currently 97 pages (we are always adding new recipes and tips) based around eating natural foods, the timing of food intake (which is very important), controlling portion sizes, food combinations to get enough protein and an exercise regimen. We created the Fat Burning System based on how an athlete should eat to maintain lean muscle tissue and rid of excess fatty tissue covering toned muscles. Chemicals and foods that we might be consuming on a daily basis can encourage our hormones to be out of balance and cause fatty tissue in our lower abdomen area and thighs. Stubborn fat is acidic and we want to balance our hormones, our pH levels and blood sugar levels. This will also increase our energy!
Have you seen the video explaining it? See above!

Q: Due to allergies and/or health concerns, there are a number of foods that I cannot eat. Is it still possible to follow the Diet Plan?
A: Yes. The Diet Plan allows you to pick from choices in different categories at each meal. If you are unable to eat certain items they can be substituted for others.
———————————————————————————
Q: Are there discounts available?
A: Generally no. We want this to be fair for all members that pay. It’s a lifetime membership to updates, recipes and the exclusive online community, so this is to protect our other paying members too. We occasionally do promotions where various gifts are available with your purchase if you sign up within a certain time frame, but don’t usually offer monetary discounts. If you are interested in group rates contact us for more information. Keep in mind this is a lifetime membership for updates on the plan!
———————————————————————————
Q: Does the plan involve counting calories? How many calories should I be eating?
A: No. The plan is based on controlling portion sizes and food types and getting adequate exercise, not counting calories. You should consult a physician to determine a specific target calorie intake for your personal goals and body type.
———————————————————————————
Q: Is the plan suitable for men?
A: Yes. The Tone It Up Diet is a good way for anyone to learn to eat right, build lean muscle effectively and tone up. Look for a Tone It Up Plan that’s more guy friendly in appearance sometime in the future.
———————————————————————————
Q: Is the diet plan tailored specifically towards me?
A: The plan IS specifically designed to help any human body burn more fat and build more lean muscle. The same science and rules apply to all in this plan… so yes, in a way it is tailored to what everyone needs.
———————————————————————————
Q: Is there an age restriction to be on the plan?
A: No, but if you are younger than 18 you must discuss it with your parents and get their permission first.
———————————————————————————-
Q: I actually want to gain weight. Is the diet plan a good choice for me?
A: The plan is formulated to get your body into top performance condition. It will regulate your diet and prevent under eating just as it prevents overeating. If you feel you are underweight the plan can help you by encouraging the development of lean muscle tissue.
———————————————————————————-
Q: Does the diet plan contain recipes?
A: Yes. There are over 60 recipes included in your diet plan designed to introduce you to healthier methods of cooking and make your transition onto the diet plan a little easier. There are also recipes for healthy dips, dressings and coffee and tea flavorings.
———————————————————————————
Q: What happens if I buy the plan and still have questions? Is there anyway for me to get help/answers?
A: When you purchase the Fat Burning System you will receive access to the member’s only area of the online community. This is a place where you can freely discuss the Diet Plan and have questions and concerns answered/addressed by Karena & Katrina as well as other Tone It Up Team Members. We also have a responsive customer support system and an FAQ page just like this one to handle questions asked by people already on the plan.
———————————————————————————
Q: Which plan do the girls use?
A: Both Karena & Katrina stick to the regular version of the plan, including some meat in their diets. This being said, both of the girls are interested in vegetarian and vegan cooking, make an effort to limit soy and gluten intake and like to use fish as a protein source. See the bottom of this page for more on how to choose your plan.
———————————————————————————
Q: Is it possible to make substitutions on the plan?
A: Yes. The Plan prescribes portion sizes and categories of foods to pull from, specific foods are easily substituted.
———————————————————————————
Q: How strict is the plan?
A: The plan is only strict in how it structures daily meals and routine. It is not strict in exactly what choices of specific food you make to follow it. There are recipes that you can follow exactly to stick to the plan, but it can be followed even if the recipes are altered or not used at all. How strictly you adhere to the rules laid out for you will determine the extent and quickness of the results you achieve.
———————————————————————————
Q: I have a medical condition that restricts my diet. Can I still follow the plan?
A: We recommend consulting a physician before starting this or any other diet or exercise program. This is especially true if you have already been diagnosed with a condition that effects what you can and can’t eat.
———————————————————————————
Q: What foods will I be eating on the plan?
A: There are so many delicious things you can eat and stay true to the plan. The foods we suggest are generally unprocessed and organic and full of important vitamins, minerals and energy sources.
———————————————————————————
Q: What is the return policy on the plan? Is there a guarantee or refund policy?
A: We do not offer a return policy or refund on the Diet Plan. It is available immediately for digital download after you make your purchase and there is no way for us to get it back. We are sure you will see results and feel much better if you follow our plan closely, but we do not make any claims or a monetary guarantee that you will experience any specific results. This is to protect you, our paying members for a lifetime and Karena and Katrina as the creators of this plan.
———————————————————————————
Q: How will the plan be delivered to me?
A: Once you complete your purchase you will be provided with a link to immediately download the complete diet plan as a pdf document. Q: Which plan should I choose?
A: See Below.
How Should I choose the Diet Plan That’s Best for Me?
We think the best way to answer this question is to ask a few questions of our own
Generally we recommend that if you are on the fence about which plan to choose, that you choose the less restrictive option of those you are considering. The plan itself is fairly restrictive and already provides a number of tips and recipes on vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free diets no matter which plan you choose. If you are interested in one of these diets, but not currently following it, we recommend you choose the diet closest to your current eating type and then gradually move towards your goal diet by trying recipes we suggest and gradually choosing meat, animal product or gluten free options.
Here’s a case by case list of which plan we suggest based on your current eating habits:
